What is CareCredit? 

 CareCredit acts like a credit card offering convenient monthly payments but can only be used at those healthcare professionals that accept it.  There are over 75,000 participating dentists, veterinarians and eye care professionals at which you can use your CareCredit card. There are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties.

How is CareCredit different from a Visa or Mastercard?

For transactions over $300, you have 3 months free of interest in which to pay.  For transactions over $1000.00, you can choose a 24, 36, 48, or 60 month plan at a fixed interest rate of 11.9%.

                                                              
                                  

 How can I get a CareCredit card?

By Phone - Call 1-800-365-8295 to apply by phone.  The automated service is available 24/7.  They will give you your CareCredit card number immediately as well as your credit limit.  Write this number in a safe place until your actual CareCredit card arrives by mail

By mail - You can either download an application from the CareCredit website or please ask at our front desk for an application.  After approving your application, you will receive your CareCredit card by mail.

On-line - At www.carecredit.com, you can complete an on-line application.  Same as by phone, you can get instant approval.  Also at the website, you can get an estimate of your monthly payments, view your transaction history or make your monthly payment.
